My stay at The Cape was a mix of highs and lows. The stunning hotel and attentive poolside service impressed me, but I faced some frustrating service issues that put a damper on my experience. Although the views were amazing and the hygiene standards were commendable, I encountered problems with my room that detracted from my overall enjoyment.
